Absolutely. During child profile setup, you can enter your due date instead of a birth date. We'll show you prep content and transition you automatically when baby arrives.
We offer Basic (free), Plus, and Premium+ tiers. Basic includes essential content; Plus adds courses and collections; Premium+ unlocks ParentAI, telehealth discounts, and exclusive content.
Go to Account & Billing in your dashboard. Select "Change Plan" to view options. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
Yes. Many employers and hospital partners cover Baby Playbook as a benefit. If you received a QR code from your partner, scan it during signup — your plan may be pre-covered.
We use your child's birth date or due date to surface age-appropriate content. You can also select topics of interest (sleep, feeding, milestones, etc.) to further tailor recommendations.
Yes. All health-related articles are reviewed by our Clinical Advisory Board — practicing pediatricians and specialists. Look for the "Medically Reviewed" badge on articles.

Yes. Tap the bookmark icon on any article, video, or checklist to save it to your Personal Library. Access saved items from the dashboard or your Saved/Favorites page.
Go to Child Info in your dashboard. You can update name, birth date, sex, avatar, and topics. Changes reflect immediately in your personalized content feed.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link. For security, links expire after 24 hours.
Yes. Go to Profile Settings and select "Delete Account." This permanently removes your data. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first in Account & Billing.
